I don't know what's wrong with me. My friend JiL and I went shopping on Saturday afternoon from 2:30 to 5 p.m. and I did not leave with ANYTHING but a small bag from Sephora. Which might I add, I never go into Sephora. I'm a drugstore shopper and occasionally I'll splurge on some MAC eyecolor. But, I'm just wondering what the heck has gotten into me. I use to buy buy buy anything and everything. Always a $500 or more trip to the mall everytime, but recently I can't find a darn thing. UGH!
JiL spotted this nail color @ Sephora and now I MUST find it. I've looked everywhere and the girls' @ Sephora said it flies off the shelf. It's HOT right? It's called METRO CHIC---> and I dig it!

 Total chick flick, but I can understand why guys would like it too! My BFF JiL is in town from NY and we had a girlie night last night (FRIDAY) with CPK for din din and then House Bunny after. We laughed, at times was like, "Really? That was dumb." But, I liked it, and wouldn't mind seeing it again, kinda reminded me of Mean Girls. :o) xoxoI'm only speculating...

 See in the above picture what the little girls are standing on...well normally I'm scared to walk over those when I'm walking in Center City, but for whatever reason when I was out with a group of friends the other night I walked over it because the sidewalk was packed and YUP! I was wearing a dress and it went up over my head. OH MY! I was so embarrassed.
And to top it off there was a 60-something couple walking our way...the wife was cracking up and the husband said, "Don't worry I saw EVERYTHING!" Glad I could give them a good laugh. I'm just thankful I had on boy shorts. Beware of the "manholes"!!
This is where we ate...it's a very masculine environment, but oh so delish...The Prime Rib. They have a special going right now..for $33 you get your choice of meat (I got prime rib of course) 2 sides, a salad or soup, and dessert. Really it's a steal....it's called "August Nights". The Prime Rib is located inside The Warwick hotel @ 17th and Locust.
And don't forget about RESTAURANT WEEK coming up..I never get to participate because I'm on the air during dinner-time, but my friends always participate and rub it in my face :o( It's Sunday Sept 14th-Sept. 19th. For more details check our centercityphila.org. Live Large, eat big.
